G&L Technologies Inc., founded in 1995, is a manufacturer of automated woodworking machinery. Early on, G&L Technologies Inc. was approached by a Georgia shutter manufacturer and asked to design and build a machine to automate a single drilling process. G&L Technologies Inc proposed that five manual tasks be combined into a single machine. The machine was named the LPS 36T. Upon discovering the need for an automated way of manufacturing shutters, G&L Technologies Inc. became involved in the shutter industry and has been growing ever since.

Much of that growth is due to G&L Technologies Inc.’s commitment to quality, integrity and the development of new automation products. Our current line of shutter assembly machines includes the SPS 2T, The Super Score, MLPS, MTRS and the Automatic Paint System. The Super Score, a PLC controlled, manual, vertical or horizontal, scoring, cutoff saw is one of our latest advancements in the woodworking industry. The Super Score leaves the competition in the dust when it comes to cutting of rails and stiles used in the interior shutter production industry, not to mention other wordworking applications. The LM 442, RM 440, and MPS 44 machines are the latest designs with options that include wireless based software. Of the shutter equipment available on the market today, G&L Technologies Inc.’s systems are known to be the most advanced.

In a few short years, G&L Technologies Inc. has become the leader in automated shutter manufacturing. We currently have machines in 10 countries and have sold well over 500 machines worldwide. Our customer base includes clients around the globe, from small three-man ships producing 30 panels a week to large major corporations producing in excess of 1500 panels a day.
