System Description

• Hopper Feed for louver stapling, drilling and pinning
• Hopper Feed for tilt rod to louver stapling
• Staple louver edge on with ¼" crown, K or L gauge staples
• System will attach louvers onto tilt rod with a ¼" crown, K or L gauge staples
• Programmable for standard louver widths from 1-1/4" up to 5 ½"
• Tilt rod spacing is programmable and microprocessor controlled
• Tilt rod length and louver width parameters programmable at the operator interface and microprocessor controlled
• Drilling of both louver ends to accommodate pins
• Install in both louver ends the pivot support pins
• Dual pin vibratory bowls are standard with the option of two additional bowls, accommodating both standard and tension pins simultaneously
• Adjustable for louver lengths from 4" to 38" (approximately)
• System will accommodate 5/16" to ½" thick louvers
• System will be configured to handle flat and tapered louvers
• System can accommodate both wood and polywood material
• System will utilize commercially available Senco SLS-20 staple guns
• System will be set up for 220VAC 15amp three phase power and 90psi air at 20cfm
• System will be capable to perform off-center tilt rods
