G&L Technologies has developed an entry level system to perform louver processing.  The MLPS is microprocessor controlled  and performs the repetitive tasks of louver drilling, stapling and pin insertion.  These three production steps are performed in this system quickly and easily by a single operator.  The quick cycle time of 2.6 seconds per louver easily enables a single operator to produce enough louvers to assemble hundreds of panels each shift.  The system has an innovative self centering three point clamping mechanism producing accurate pin and staple locations every time.
